RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. RR Marine Services does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
Due to the nature of marine parts, electrical components, ECU/ECM units, and diagnostic-related products, all items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers are responsible for verifying part numbers, compatibility, and fitment prior to purchasing.
Returns will not be accepted for:• Incorrect purchases• Buyer ordering the wrong part• Compatibility or fitment issues• Change of mind• Installation errors• Parts damaged during installation• Electrical components that have been installed, tested, modified, or tampered with
Any item received damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photos of the packaging and product.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and understands that all sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
