Once submitted, print a copy of the completed form and place it inside the package with your ECU.This is a mail-in ECU repair service. Customers are responsible for shipping their ECU to us for inspection and repair.Our ECU repair service is a $400 flat fee, which includes return shipping nationwide.We only charge if we successfully repair the ECU.
